MODULAR DESIGN

All the main equipment is placed on a single chassis, the installation of the system on the ship is completed in a very short time. Hydraulic cylinders are provided for up and down movement of the propeller to maximize propeller efficiency. By means of the same hydraulic cylinders, the propeller is lifted up from the waterline for ease of maintenance. Yücel Master Propulsion and Maneuvering Systems are divided into three main groups: electrical, hydraulic and mechanically driven.The system is designed for hybrid systems with electrical-mechanical and hydraulic-mechanical drives
